Please Join me In The Kitchen for a cooking lesson and demonstration torn from the pages of my favorite cookbooks from Canyon Ranch, Donna Hay, and A Free Range Life focusing on the most nutritious and delicious new recipes guaranteed to become part of your “go to” real food meals for 2018
Maybe a little hands on help from you to prep..then relax while I teach you the "how-to's" of each dish from scratch....we'll discuss health benefits and suggestions to get you closer to your nutritional health goals for the year, and connect with others as we enjoy a light midday meal. Takeaway the recipes and confidence to make these at home.
Recipes include: The“De-Stress Salad Bowl”, Soft Corn Polenta with Broccolini, Toasted Grain and Cauliflower Tabouli, and Chicken ,Zucchini and Feta Meatballs. We’ll finish with coffee or tea & Canyon Ranch Chocolate Chip Cookies
